Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your fit. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

30-day returns

• You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you got them.
• Email dopestarclothingbrand@gmail.com with your order number to start your return and we'll reply with the return address and next steps.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer and isn't refundable. For items over $75 we recommend a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it).

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

That's on us. Email dopestarclothingbrand@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Can't be returned

• Gift cards
• Items marked final sale
• Items that have been worn or washed

Wrong size?

Our tees and hoodies are unisex and true to size. Ladies, size down for a closer fit. Not sure? Text 570-535-1599 before you order and we'll help.
