This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability. Dope Star Brand is an independent streetwear brand and is not affiliated with any sneaker brand.

1. Sponsor

A O Industries LLC, doing business as Dope Star Brand, 4 Gateway Shopping Center, Unit B, Edwardsville, PA 18704 ("Sponsor").

2. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

3. Giveaway period

The giveaway starts at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on November 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on November 26, 2026. Entries received outside this period will not count.

4. How to enter

There are four ways to earn entries. You can use any or all of them.

  • Website entry (1 entry): Fill out the entry form at dopestarbrand.com/pages/bred-4s-giveaway with your name, email and Instagram handle (optional). Limit one website entry per person.
  • Instagram entry (1 entry): Follow @dope_star_clothing on Instagram, like the official giveaway post and tag 2 friends in a comment on that post. Limit one Instagram entry per person.
  • Video entry (10 entries): Post a public Instagram Reel or video showing your fit, tag @dope_star_clothing and use the hashtag #DopeStarFits. The video must be your own original content and appropriate for all ages. Limit one video entry per person.
  • Story bonus (1 entry): Share the official giveaway post to your public Instagram Story and tag @dope_star_clothing. Limit one Story bonus per person.

Maximum entries per person: 13. Your Instagram account must be public during the giveaway period so we can verify your entries. Entries made with fake, duplicate or bot accounts will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

  • Grand Prize (1 winner): One pair of Bred 4s sneakers in the winner's size, a Dope Star shirt pack of 3 tees, and a VIP code for 25% off Dope Star tees and hoodies for one year. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the sneakers and shirts: $344.
  • Runner-Up Prizes (2 winners): One Dope Star tee and a VIP code for 25% off Dope Star tees and hoodies for one year. ARV of the tee: $38 each.

VIP codes apply to tees and hoodies only, cannot be combined with other discount codes, expire 12 months after they are issued and have no cash value. If the sneakers are unavailable in the winner's size, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value or a $230 cash equivalent. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except as stated here. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

6. How winners are picked

On or about November 27, 2026 (Black Friday), Sponsor will select 3 winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period, using a random number generator. Each entry counts as one chance in the drawing, so more entries means more chances. The first entry drawn wins the Grand Prize and the next two win the Runner-Up Prizes. Each person can win only one prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. How winners are contacted

Winners will be announced on November 27, 2026 on the @dope_star_clothing Instagram account and contacted by Instagram direct message from @dope_star_clothing only and/or by the email used to enter. We will never ask for a payment, a password or a credit card number. Watch out for fake accounts.

Winners must reply within 48 hours with their full name, shipping address, phone number, shoe size and shirt size. If a winner does not reply in time, is found ineligible or does not follow these rules, that prize will go to an alternate winner chosen in a new random drawing.

8. Delivery

Prizes ship to the winner's address in the United States at no cost. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery after we receive your sizes and shipping information, because shirts are made to order and sneaker availability can vary. We will send each winner an estimated delivery date.

9. Your information

Information you give us is used to run this giveaway and contact winners. Website entrants also join the Dope Star Brand email list and receive a welcome discount code. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your information. By entering, winners agree that Sponsor may share their Instagram handle and first name when announcing winners.

10. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. If the giveaway cannot run as planned because of technical problems, fraud or other causes beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel or change it and select winners from eligible entries received before that point. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries. Winners release Sponsor from any liability connected to the giveaway or the prizes. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
